I can’t believe it’s already been 10 years, since the original launch of the Forex Fury software. One of the main notable differences that has come to fruition in the past few years, is the EA’s ability to adapt to new currency pairs. Settings
- Range Filter
The range filter is proving to be a solid addition to the software. Historically, the Forex Fury EA performs best in ranging market conditions. So, in utilizing the ADX indicator, we’ve been able to reduce the potential of trading in trending market conditions. Many traders have successfully been doing this on their own manually, and this now automates that process.
In the image above, you can see how the ADX can successfully determine ranging market conditions, which are perfect for picking up quick winning trades. This will lower the frequency of trades when active as it will look to filter out all trades during trending markets.
- One Set of Trades Per Day
It’s difficult to decide which is my favorite Forex Fury V3 feature, but it’s definitely between the One Set, and the Range filter. In many cases, I’ve started to use them both in my trading accounts.
The one Set of Trades Per Day feature simply stops the robot from trading twice in the same period. Our team, and many of our clients found that the software would try to open a second set of trades immediately after closing the first set to try and squeeze out extra wins while the filters were all met. The success rate of the second set of trades was found to be significantly lower, so this feature allows for the robot to avoid taking that additional risk.
Version 4
The Forex Fury V4 Update is now live. This new version of the software is already performing incredibly well on live trading accounts, and comes with a bunch of new features that make it even more profitable than ever before.
Now that you see the profitability, let’s take a closer look at the features.
- Dynamic Retrace
The dynamic retrace feature is a new stop loss. If you don’t like the normal stop loss, or trailing stop loss, this may be the solution for you. This new stop loss uses a take profit modification deep in trades in order to avoid losing more than you should.
- Martingale
In order to recover losses easier, a new martingale strategy is now an option. This feature will increase the size of trades after a loss in order to recover faster. With a high win rate, this is a very valuable addition. Again, if you don’t want to use this feature, you can disable it.
- Long and Shorts Only
If you want Fury to exclusively trade shorts, or longs only, this is now available in the latest version. This is not required though, as it can be enabled and disabled as you see fit.

in my time with fury i have grown accounts over 400%
my new setting that work nice is high risk
i use usdjpy, tp 5, sl 200, so basically off, my research and test show it wont go that far, and i manually exit out sometime if i like. so i am using the solid entry point of fury, and working from there. i use the default stt & ett setting with range trading filter on, everything else default. with this setup, you can expect to go multiple years without a loss, unless you close trade yourself. it is risky, but at the same time will give you the profit you want, just have to withdraw afterwards and start over.
I don’t know if that’s a setting I would use Bruno, but I appreciate you sharing it. I’m sure some of our high risk readers would be happy to give it a go.
Hi Patrick, I am using backtesting to adjust my strategies with fury. I am not using 100% normal fury strategy. But I am having problem doing backtesting with the reversal strategy . I am not changing anything only tick the reverse strategy.

Hi Manuel, I don’t use backtesting, it won’t account for live data, and won’t use work for time restriction either. Which makes backtesting Fury mostly useless as these are fundamentals of the trade approach.

I was very inclined to give a go on the ATS trade, because they do have a point (you need to trade with Market Makers) not against them.
Until reading your review I was very keen to go for it.

Been testing a new SET for 5 months without a single loss.
I’m using a specific high risk scalp approach that works quite well.
Mostly default settings, but I’ve tripled the SL so that trades could breathe for even longer.
If a loss did occur, it would suck, but after winning 5 straight months, it would take a lot of losses to take me down. I’ve also started to withdraw earnings, so if a big loss ever happens, I’ll have doubled my money before then anyway.

Incremental lot size is True. This won’t change the software strategy though, it’s just the money management. TP and SL discussed in my first post. STT and ETT default. Maxorders 1.

Hi Jauden, this really depends on personal preference. I like to keep it close to the default settings, with only minor changes.
Do you have your EA run on Fridays and hold trades over the weekend? Or do you turn it off?
I prefer for no EA to hold trades over the weekends, I don’t see the benefit.

Hi Jay, you can certainly use multiple robots at the same time. Though, I recommend working with one first so that it’s an easier process.

Hi Latif, the robot can operate on as little as $100 in a micro account. You will simply want to test the amount you want to trade on demo first to see what you prefer. Fury licenses come with unlimited demo accounts.

Hello Bruno, please how many pairs are you running in your account and what settings are you using.
Always the 1 pair. When I use more than 1 pair it doesn’t work as well. It says that on the website a lot too so I just follow the guidance of the FURY team.
I like to use a scalp trade approach, using low TP and moderately higher SL.
Usually a TP around 5-7 with an SL around 30-55. Many trader probably don’t like this risk reward ratio, but my tests prove that it is a winning equation.

Down loading the software how much room does it take. I have $300 dollar laptop that’s why I am asking.
All robots, including Fury take little to no space on a hard drive. It is all code, so you are generally not even looking at more than a couple of MB.
Long-term trading with Forex Fury is the ideal way to use the software.
My family and I rely on this system, and have for over 3 years.
My advice for traders interested in Fury is to give it your time and effort.

I have an account with IC markets, and my setups in normal trades are always 10 points for 1 pip. If I want to take profit on 5 pips through Fury, do I have to set 50 in the settings?
The software settings are in pips, so if you want the take profit to be 10 pips, you would set it to 10.

No, you cannot run robots on a phone. A phone does not have enough power to run the Metatrader platform.

The Only Range Trading is not working properly. I have 5 demo accounts with different brokers and the EA has not made trades in 7 days. Only opened 2 trades in 2 accounts but I had to closed them manually. It did not trigger TP neither SL. My setting are Incremental LotSize, False, Risk: 10, Max Spread: 100, Max Orders: 1, Asian Time. I am wonder why?
Hi Robert, the range trading filter will avoid many conditions. The TP and SL are always hidden. There are no issues with this feature, it has been tested thoroughly. If you have any problems email support.

Just wanted to know what could cause a trade to open outside the “Start Trading Time” and “End Trading Time” set on the EA.
Note that the EA is running on a VPS and with a ECN broker account. Since running the system, this is the first time that this happened – The trade opened 14minutes after the set “End Trading Time”.
Maybe a connection issue? I’ve never had or heard of any issue with trade time, it’s a very simple part of the code.
How does a โnewbieโ like me use this software? I need training? Is this just for experienced and season traders?

Leaving my computer on is not an option because of the timezone is sleep time. I’ve noticed a lot of similar comments on here as well. Im on AWST so its 4am for me when it goes to trade. For me the time frames that I can check on it is 6-9pm AWST.

I am using fury and have open trades that have exceeded the 5 ipip TP by 10 to 15 pips, but the program has not closed them out. Not using any traiiling stop, etc – just standard settings. 35sl,5tp. Any reason why? Program algorithym? Thanks
Close the trades yourself and take the extra pips. It’s not possible for there to be a system side error, so it would likely be a connection issue at the time of take profit.

Hi Jony, your location plays no role in how Fury trades. You can simply use the default time settings if you want, they are available in the Fury FAQ.

does forex fury work well with fifo??
Yes Andy, there are thousands of US clients. You just have to set your maxorders to 1. It will not change how the EA trades at all. Instead of opening 7 of the same trade, it will just open 1, which is really better anyways because you will then pay less commission.
Does the EA work with a fixed zero spread account? I suspect it would work well. Anyone tried this setup?
so I have been using many different EA’s and Forex Fury is by far one of the better ones. I stick to default time for EURUSD and i do 2-4 GMT on AUDJPY. over 90% win on real account.

Hi Robert, there are many settings on the front page of the website. They are all great, but with any EA or service I always recommend testing it on demo for a few weeks to at least see which account setup you prefer.

Hi Ronnel, that risk % might be a little too low. I recommend playing around with it, and seeing what you prefer. Yes, I like 1 pair per account, I find that provides the best performance and more than enough trading opportunities.

I have recently set up FF after being unable to before because my broker restricted it so was having issues running it. Results so far have been great, although conscious that 3/4 bad trades in a row could hurt that out from what I can gather.
My main question, what is the benefit of opening up to 7 trades? I have changed mine to 1 / 2 trades to cut down on fees but what is the main benefit of opening 7 for example? Thanks
Hi Scott, there is no benefit of opening the 7 trades outside of aesthetic. Trading 1 at a time will net you the same result in over all profits, just less pips.

Hi! I’ve running 7 ccy pairs with 7 separate MT4 demo simultaneously. I noticed that for the past 4 days, my EURUSD MT$ hasnt made any trades. Ive adjusted my Max Spread from 5 to 20 or 100. But still no trades so far. Any advice?
Hi Charles, check for errors, or the other suggestions in the FAQ. Or give it more time, maybe a slow week.
