Beeks Financial Cloud Review

The BeeksFX (Beeks Financial Cloud) VPS host is established in the Forex market, as they’ve been providing their services for years. All their services “come with full SSD in resilient configuration with added DDOS protection, WAN Connectivity to connect datacentre instances across the globe, and direct connectivity to any Liquidity Providers required.”

They have direct access to 50 different MT4/MT5 brokerages, and meet all of the MetaQuotes specifications with each deployment.

Plans

There are three Forex VPS plans available under the BeeksFX (Beeks Financial Cloud) pricing model.

  • Bronze package – built for 2-4 MT4/MT5 platforms, this package costs £27 per month. It’s a month to month subscription with 1300 MB of RAM, 25 GB of disk space, and Windows 2012.
  • Silver package – built for 4-5 MT4/MT5 platforms, this package costs £48 per month. It comes with 2700 MB of RAM, 50 GB of disk space and Windows 2012.
  • Gold package – built for 6-8 MT4/MT5 platforms, this package costs £85 per month. It comes with 5120 MB of RAM, 75 GB of disk space and Windows 2012.

It’s good that the vendor tells us exactly how many MT4/MT5 platforms we can run per account, as this is really all clients want to know. It does seem like their estimation are a little low, and we would certainly be trying to push the gold package to 10+ despite it not being recommended.

Location

One of the great aspects of the Beeks Financial Cloud VPS service is their ability to place your server in a multitude of different locations. Traders can choose to have their server in London, Frankfurt, Tokyo, Singapore, New York, Hong Kong and Chicago. This is important, because you want your server to be as close to your Forex broker as possible in order to have the fastest connection.

If your server and your broker isn’t close, it can impact execution times and have an adverse impact on scalping strategies like Forex Fury and Forex Steam.

About

The Beeks Financial Cloud launched in 2011 as BeeksFX. Now, they provide a bare metal cloud, have a global presence, a low latency network and are focused on capital markets.

They believe that these are a few of the many reasons why their service is a step ahead of their competitors. Including, our recent reviews of LinkupHost, and FXVM.

Security

In order to keep you secure, all “servers come with free coverage of up to 500Mbps, after which the traffic is blackholed.”

Protection for up to 20Gbps and 300Gbps is also available for additional fees, but this wouldn’t ever be required for Forex trading. This type of security is more for web hosts or applications that are likely to get attacked.

Your Forex VPS will likely never be the focus of any attack. Ours never have been.

Client Feedback

Surprisingly, the BeeksFX service has a 2.47/5 star review on FPA from 8 reviews. Most of the negativity is about how the servers are over priced, and not as fast as they should be.

There are a couple positive reviews as well that claim the support is very helpful and patient.

The rating isn’t set in stone as it’s only from 8 clients, but we did expect it to be a bit higher.

Conclusion

The BeeksFX (Beeks Financial Cloud) service comes across as professional, with everything you would want from a provider. It does seem priced higher than their competitors, but that’s really the only drawback we can find at this point in time.
