Velocity Expert Advisor Review

With over 30 different parameters, the Velocity Expert Advisor is certainly a trading program with many variables that can be adjusted. Having this many parameters gives traders the opportunity to modify the software in a way that it can trade to their preferences. That being said, this also means that the trader will have to familiarize themselves with many different features which will definitely extend the learning curve during the first couple of months using the software.

It may not be a quick and easy solution, but most of the best Forex robots all require testing and analysis.

Strategy

The robot utilizes a professional impulse scalping algorithm that the Cutting Edge Forex team claims to be used by big banks, hedge funds and professional traders. To be more specific, the Velocity Expert Advisor will monitor the markets so that when the “price moves to a short term extreme, velocity strikes, jumping in and out of the market for a few pips at a time.” This approach in conjunction with a small stop loss, a trailing stop loss and a break even feature are all in place to ensure that your capital isn’t lost.

The program can also be configured to trade continuations or reversals depending on whether or not that is your preference.

The vendor claims on multiple accounts that the software “will not blow your account” but this isn’t exactly a promise or guarantee they can really make because any program can go on a losing streak. It’s unknown how many licenses are available, and whether or not there is a detailed set up manual in the members area. These aspects should be elaborated on in detail.

Results

In terms of trading results, the vendor simply provides a few backtests, showing the Velocity Expert Advisor on a few different pairs, using differnt strategies. This level of trading results isn’t high enough to compete with other automated trading systems in 2019.

They don’t provide any trading statements or Myfxbook accounts, which really puts them in the dark ages when it comes to automated trading.

All the best Forex robots in this market provide live trading statements and demo accounts. The Cutting Edge Forex team need to do a much better job at providing this information, and proving that their software is viable.

Conclusion

There are interesting aspects to the sales presentation, but without any trading results it’s impossible to consider signing up with the Velocity Expert Advisor, especially when it’s priced $299.
