Yea we are really happy with the consistency. Some users even like to lower the stoploss to 30 because the entries are so sharp it rarely trails into a negative.
I have two live accounts with this robot. Exness and Instaforex. Both accounts gave a good result using the light version. The normal version quite fair because it give a good result but the loses are big. So i pull it from my live chart. For conclusion, use the light version only until they give us the better modified normal version.

This is best best EA ever made. Hopefully it also can be use for MT5 someday.
I just purchased this ea a couple of day ago and as others mention, it picks up 10 pips constitantly, the 90 pip sl is a little big, but needed sometimes. I am looking to start a forum to gather info on other traders sucess. If anyone has any other settings that work well with this ea , please email me at dkulskioc@comcast.net

Hello, what settings are you guys usings? I’ve been using default settings but no trades yet while there are trades on the lite risk Steam MT4Live statement. Everything looks normal though. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.

I got just got a wake up slap with 1 winner so far with Fx Steam.. so far so good. Question: Why are there numerous forums on this subject? Can we merge them all so that we can have more congruency? I will not quit my day job until then.
this one was doing so well for me before christmas then it went inconsistent \the high s/l was frightening so i amended it to 30 pips and its hit it a few times and that wasnt good on the money management use of the ea..its money management tends to be a bit high which produces good resukts when good but when a trade goes bad – NOT GOOD!!! i find it consistently wins say 4 then looses one – around those odds and its mad eme take off my live account and put back onto demo testing – I wont give up on it just yet – but the results arent as stable as they were for me last year
Like Jen I’ve found it to be very inconsistent recently, three or four winners and then a loss, so my account is rather standing still at the moment. I’m using 30 pips SL as 90 is too big, is anyone having success with a higher SL? Forex Steam’s own account doesn’t seem to be having many losses.
Have suspended trading until upgrade comes out. Another three losses in two days (yet only one shown on their live statement using the same broker).
Going down this time, and live statement on the site doesn’t show all the loses of this EA, which was doing so well before…

Hi , i am still running this but the recent losses have dropped my balance a little. I only started this at beginning of February and have been a little concerned but the recent wins have brought it back a bit. I am using a 45 s/l and isnt too bad. Anyone know when the upgrade is due as i may also suspend trading until it is refreshed?
Tony looks like it is starting to bounce back your right. We talked to the team over there and they are aiming for early March but we are happy to see the volatility is steadying.

Do you know why there are very few losses showing on their live statement? Most people using this have experienced losses which wipe out any gains made, yet their account has grown from $3,000 to $17,000 in six months. Are they using different settings? Also I emailed you a question three weeks ago, but never received a reply, can you reply to this please.

I purchased this EA recently. I experienced loses as well. Their account has grown 600% in six months and I suspect thier statement Fcom account is not a real one. I have real live Fcom account and transaction on statement looks completely different from that you see in their account.

Excellent product….why i call excellent product?because i have backtest from 1999-2011 deposit $100 to $9.1438.443.8 im never seen before consistency ea.loss is yes…loss is ritme if u use MM, no margin call.so u must set again this ea…n its secret setting for me…c u at the top….
sori…deposit its start from $1000 not $100..thk….only $100 can do…but must find broker with leverage 1000 and start from micro acc…thk

Hi andieliu, are you running this as an ea or a robot? I am running as robot and since 1st march 2011 my balance has increased from £140 to 238. A few recent losses dropped it a bit otherwise it was looking like increasing by 50% balance per month. I find thursdays to be worth missing as most of my losses are then. What advise can you give me please?

i’m using the same thing like andeliu did. never set MM true. know why? because when the lot size is getting bigger. when you loss you’ll definitely loss big. but when your lot size is static… you’ll also get what andieliu and i get. try backtest with MM set to false… try it.

I noticed your balance increasing by 50% per month but I am not getting same results and my broker is Fxcom. What settings are you using ? Your advise will be much appreciated.

I’m so glad that I found this website. I’ve bought this “No.1″ EA & change its S/L to 35pips, so far only 1 trade hit S/L (1 out of 10) – results are quite good. I’m using broker HotForex, it opens more trades than its MT4Live (http://forexsteamlight.mt4live.com/), seems working fine with this EA.
I was hammer with 3 losses on the Light version yesterday using default settings.It took buys at top of trend before EURUsd Dropped. Anyone else get Hit??
I’ve changed the S/L at 40pips, only 1 loss on 14/6. But got 3 consecutive losses (total 120pips) from 21-23/6. I think different brokers may have different results using this EA. Just would like to know why their losses on their MT4i mostly at 20pips. Shall I change the S/L at 20pips?
V3 has been very strong, it looks like July will be a good month for Steam. Historically has done well in the summer months.
Has this robot been performing well since their update?
